Work with us

A career that’s both personally and professionally rewarding

SEE Foundation has a wonderful team of committed professionals who understand both the challenges and the rewards of working with people with disabilities. If you’re keen to work with a progressive, driven and compassionate team, made up of men and women of all ages, nationalities and abilities, then we’d love to hear from you.

We’re very focused on matching the right people with the right clients. This means that although all SEE Foundation staff are required to undergo a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check, not all staff are required to have qualifications in disability work. For example, if we have an 18-year-old who loves going to the movies, we focus on finding him or her a companion that would be in their early 20’s and great company – it’s all about matching the right people for the right roles!

So if you’re interested in full-time, part-time or casual work and would love to work in a sector where you’re making a true difference, let us know.

  • Provide support for our clients to be involved in, and access, the community based on their individual needs
  • Support genuine participation for our clients through partnerships, including those within Indigenous and CALD communities
  • Promote and increase public awareness and acceptance of people with disabilities, reducing discrimination and working towards eliminating the stigma of disability.

Access training and development. You’ll have access to internal and external training and development opportunities to expand your skills, knowledge and experience. You’ll also be part of a team whose innovations in communication have delivered staggering results with our clients, including an 80% reduction in agitation, frustration and distress.

Work in a supportive, family-friendly and truly integrated workplace. We’re a family-friendly employer that values equal opportunity, and our work environment is reflective of the diversity of Australian society. People and performance are valued, and we encourage and support each and every staff member in setting and achieving their personal and professional goals.
